Maria Aristides’ unique and effective approach has been honed by over 20 years experience working with the MindBody® relationship and more than 10 years experience as an Executive and Business Coach.
Additional to her years of experience, Maria is a Certified Master Coach through the Behavioral Coaching Institute and is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the International Association of Coaches (IAC) and the International Coaching Council (ICC).
Maria has comprehensive training both in Psychosynthesis Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and in Process Work, a Jungian-based Psychotherapy, both in Australia and at the Process Work Centre in Portland, Oregon USA.
The philosophies of the Martial Arts and Meditation have had a powerful influence on Maria’s distinctively skilful approach.
